1. Returns and Replacements:

We take great care in delivering quality books. Returns or replacements are accepted only in cases where the book is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Eligibility for Return or Replacement:

To be eligible, the issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery. The book must be unused and in its original condition.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Replacement:

To request a return or replacement, please contact us at contact@venbanoolkottam.in with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect book.

4. Return Shipping:

If the return or replacement is approved due to our error (damaged or incorrect book), return shipping costs will be borne by Venba Nool Kottam. Customers should use a trackable courier service if returning the item.

5. Replacement Process:

Once the returned book is received and verified, a replacement copy will be dispatched within 5–7 business days, subject to stock availability.

6. Refund Policy:

Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not available. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

7. Non-Returnable Items:

Books once delivered are non-returnable unless they are damaged, misprinted, or incorrect. Signed or special edition books are not eligible for return.

8. Changes to This Policy:
